These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in the Private 5-Day Offer Execution Mini Challenge (“the Program”). By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms.
The Program is a short, private coaching and accountability experience focused on helping participants execute small business actions and receive initial market feedback. The Program is time-limited to 5 days, delivered one-on-one, and centered around execution support. It is not business consulting, legal advice, financial advice, or a guaranteed results service.
The Program does not guarantee income, financial outcomes, or business results. Examples or discussions of potential results are illustrative only. Actual results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
If you complete the 5-Day Program and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email: j@juliuslavonen.com.
Participants agree to communicate honestly, show up for scheduled calls on time, maintain respectful interaction, and take personal responsibility for any business or personal decisions made during or after the Program.
You must be 18 years or older to participate.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices and payment terms are clearly displayed at checkout.
All written materials and guidance provided during the Program remain the intellectual property of the creator and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program creator is not liable for business losses, indirect or consequential damages, or actions taken or not taken by the participant. Decisions and outcomes remain solely the participant’s responsibility.
These Terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
